When i play WoW i always get 15-20 fps most of the times, 50-60 when i'm on a gryphon and less than 5 when i enter AV!
My video card is Nvidia G Force FX 5700 256 MB, 1 Gig RAM and 2.6 P4 dual processor.
Any advice on how to get more FPS?
Thank you.

6600gt is very affordable and runs pretty good. You could also play around with the video quality settings in wow. I recently upgraded several system components to play these newer fps action games I like. I buy the games and install them. Make sure they run well. Then I log back into WoW and forget about em.
But yeah WoW doesn't really need a big beefy system to run pretty good, nothing like CoD2, fear, d3, q4, etc. You should get off fairly cheap if thats the only game giving you troubles with the 5700.

the main thing that will help you is if your viewing distance is all the way up drop it to about half, you will see a huge increase in fps without really any notice.

you can get a 6600 GT thats a very good budget card, or a 6800 GT if you wanna throw out the couple extra bucks. make sure you know your interface for your video card, it may be AGP 4x/8x or PCI x16 so you will want to buy the correct one.
