Resistance Charts

Aren't resistances a bit whack? It seems like you need a crazy amount to have a good consistent resistance to a school of magic. However, I must say that I having just a shade under 100 fire resists I see a fair amount of 'RESISTED'.

well I think this chart was made for damage 2k+ cuz I get full resists alot of time with just about 150+ from 1k damages and some shadowbolts from gehennas resisted about 600-800 if not 1k with only about 100 SR.

I was very pleased with my resistance last night in Onyxia (11-10). It took me only about a week and a half (and a ton of cash and dkp), and I have significant fire resist (approx 264 I think). The deep breaths and fireballs had been pwning me, so I got fedup and went nuts.

If you notice on the Deep Breath damage, it is split up as about 5 attacks. Some were resisted entirely and some not. One set of deep breath in particular, I took no damage at all. And all this without taking a hit to my dps.

Good links though Orange, thanks. I'd like to see some charts with different levels, like 64 Elites, or 300+ resist. I'm sure it is out there somewhere.
